This policy covers personal information that we collect directly from you when:

• You contact us via the website form, email, or phone.
• You sign a service contract with Lici Best Services as a business client.
• You apply to work with us, partner with us, or send us a proposal.

This policy does not cover personal data collected by software products we developed for third-party companies. Each of those products has its own privacy policy maintained by the operator of that product.

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number when you fill in the contact form on flashbina.com or reach out by email.
• Project information — the description of the software you would like us to build, technical requirements, business background.
• Commercial information — billing details, signed quotations, contracts and statements of work for clients of Lici Best Services.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server logs — IP address, browser user-agent and timestamp of requests to flashbina.com. Used for security and abuse prevention.
• No third-party trackers — flashbina.com does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies or behavioral analytics SDKs.

We do not share data we collect about you with our software-development clients (the companies whose apps we build), unless you specifically asked us to introduce you.

• Contact-form submissions: retained up to 24 months and then deleted.
• Active business clients: retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the period required by US/Florida tax and corporate law (typically 5–7 years).
• Server logs: retained 30 days and then rotated.
• Backups: encrypted backups are kept for up to 90 days.

• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Lici Best Services LLC is a United States company. Some of our infrastructure providers operate in the European Union. Your data may therefore be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States and the European Union. We rely on standard contractual safeguards and the legal frameworks of each jurisdiction for such transfers.

flashbina.com is a static informational website and does not set tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set are session cookies strictly necessary for the contact form to work (anti-spam token). No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are used.

• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Lici Best Services does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
